The Practice is delighted that the Greenhouse Community Building in Fetcham obtained planning permission last night at committee.  The decision was unanimous and Councillors cited the strong local support for the project.  The building will provide a fantastic facility for the local community which will be an asset to the area.

Replacing the existing dilapidated Scout Hut the new building will cater for a full range of age groups and activities in addition to a great new building for the Scouts.  The contemporary design was commended by the planning officer and the clever integration of the building between the many trees on the site and ecological measures will create a biodiversity net gain.

We are looking forward to making the design a reality and creating a great community asset for Fetcham.
